What do you do now to practice for a golf tournament or
competition? How much fun is it? How could it be adapted to
Flogton formats?

For practice I play Off Course Golf. Its free to play and more
people are getting interested in it. Try this site to explain it.

It helps your chipping game allot and the rest of your short
